English or Portuguese speaking speaking Nanny needed in Miami Beach to care for three children, twin boys ages 3 turning 4 and an 8 month old.
Currently there is a part time nanny whose responsibility is to care for the baby for the first year. They are looking for a candidate who is capable of eventually caring for all three children.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm. The family is flexible with the schedule.
Ideal candidate is active, energetic, creative and has experience working with children ages 1-4 years old. Someone who takes direction from the parents and open to their style of parenting.
Job Duties:
General care and supervision of the children
Bathing, grooming and dressing
Driving the twins to and from school
Establishing routines (Naptime, playtime, eating)
Preparing the children’s food and ensuring they are fed
Creating activities. Fun and educational activities
Taking the children to activities
Organizing and cleaning the children’s areas and belongings (Rooms, bathroom, play areas, closet/wardrobe)
Laundry for the children
Observing and communicating the children’s development and progress with the parents
All other childcare related duties
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years recent nanny experience
Solid references
CPR & First aid certifications. Other childcare related certificates
Have your own car to use for work (Gas reimbursement provided)
Some flexibility to overnight or babysit on weekends when needed
Open to travel (Short trips within the US. Up to twice per year)
