A family of four located in Derbyshire are looking for a gentle, loving and kind nanny to join them. Their little girl attends nursery (Tuesday through Friday 9am-3:30pm) so it will be mainly focused on their youngest during the day who is very loving little boy. The family are looking for someone who is child/baby lead and has experience working with similar ages, especially young babies/early toddlers.
The family have four cats and one very small dog, although no duties the suitable candidate must be happy to work in a home where there are pets. The family would also like to find someone who is a driver but would need to have their own car.
General duties:
Occasional nursery runs when required – once or twice a week
Following the children routine – sleep schedule etc
Doing activities with the little boy – supporting his learning and development
Playing with the children in the garden, going to the park and for walks
Taking little boy to playgroups and playdates
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Nursery duties for the children – making sure playroom is organised and tidy, as well as laundry for the children
Candidate requirements:
Must be pet friendly and happy to work in a home with pets
A driver with own car is required
Someone who is gentle, flexible, patients would be suitable for this position
Experience with young babies/ early toddler experience
Fluent English speaker
