A professional family based in Jakarta Indonesia, are looking for a new long-term nanny to look after the children. They are currently living in Singapore and the job would start there for a few months before going back to Jakarta at the end of June. You must have a full driving licence for this role.
They are keen to find an experienced, fluent English speaker to be their qualified and skilled Nanny, helping with the three-year-old as the main focus as the mother will be fully involved with the twins when they arrive. They have one puppy who live with the family and other staff (three housekeepers and two chefs) who work in the family homes.
Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday-Friday with the extra day to be confirmed 8am – 8pm (Additional hours will be paid as overtime or time off in lieu)
General duties:
You should be organised and kind, willing to plan and develop learning activities and goals for the little one.
Helping the child develop with language numeracy and all aspects of learning goals and physical development.
Planning fun playdates with other nannies and families in the area.
The duty of the Nanny is to look after the welfare, physical, emotional, and educational growth of infant girl of 3 years, laundry of the infant and if need be, cooking at times for the infant.
Candidate requirements:
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
Fluent English is required to apply for this role, with a strong professional background of nanny work demonstrated.
You should be willing to travel with the family when they travel, and be flexible in your approach.
You should be a good team player, willing to assist with other staff duties, a team player, and be able to guide the family with strong development for the child.
You should be willing to manage all aspects of the child’s area, children’s laundry and managing and cleaning their bedroom, but no other housekeeping duties are required.
