A high-profile family based in Altrincham, Manchester is seeking an experienced, professional full-time nanny to care for their 4-year-old child. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, polished nanny who is comfortable working in a private household and can provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care while supporting the child’s routine, learning, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for all standard nanny duties, including managing daily routines, planning age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and supporting the child’s emotional and social development. A proactive and organised approach is essential, along with the ability to create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment.
This role requires a nanny who is passport-ready and able to travel with the family when required, both within the UK and internationally. A confident driver is absolutely essential, as the role will involve transporting the child to activities, appointments, and outings.
Key Responsibilities:

Sole and shared care of a 4-year-old child

Planning and supervising educational play, outings, and activities

Managing daily routines, including mornings, meals, and bedtime preparation

Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child

Driving the child to activities and appointments (driver essential)

Supporting the child’s learning, confidence, and development

All standard nursery and child-related housekeeping duties

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary up to £50,000 per year, depending on experience
