A family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is looking for a dependable part-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 7 and 9. The role includes school pick-ups, taking the kids to after-school activities, and helping keep their afternoons organized and running smoothly. The nanny will also support homework time, so someone who is patient and comfortable helping with elementary school assignments is important. Light meal prep for the children, packing snacks, and general after-school routine support are part of the day-to-day. Some light household help related to the kids, such as tidying play areas, backpacks, and keeping things in order, is also expected. The family is looking for someone warm, responsible, and engaging who can build a good relationship with the children and provide a calm, structured presence after school. Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 7pm and Friday from 1pm to 5pm. Pay is $35/hr.
