We are seeking a full-time live-in nanny in Amersham, Buckinghamshire to join a warm and welcoming family caring for a baby and a toddler. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, nurturing nanny who is confident managing the needs of two young children and passionate about early childhood development. The ideal candidate will create a structured, engaging environment that supports routines, developmental milestones, and positive learning experiences for both children.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing milk and managing feeding routines for the baby
- Organising and maintaining the children’s daily schedule
- Changing nappies and supporting all aspects of infant care
- Cleaning and sterilising bottles and feeding equipment
- Establishing and maintaining consistent nap routines
- Bathing and dressing the children
- Engaging in play and creating stimulating, age-appropriate activities
- Supporting potty/toilet training for the toddler
- Teaching basic life skills, including hygiene and manners
- Organising playdates and social activities
- Preparing and serving healthy meals for the toddler
The family offers a comfortable live-in arrangement with a private room and ensuite bathroom on its own floor, ensuring both privacy and convenience. This role is Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week.
