A family in St John’s Wood is seeking an experienced, full-time nanny with a strong background in child development to care for their three young children, all under the age of four. This is a sole-charge role, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, best suited to a professional who understands early years development and can confidently support multiple children at different stages. The ideal candidate will be organised, calm, and genuinely engaged in fostering a nurturing and structured environment.
Responsibilities include full care of the children, managing daily routines, and planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, independence, and creativity. The nanny will take an active role in supporting developmental milestones through play-based learning, while also maintaining organisation of the children’s toys, clothing, and spaces. A proactive approach and the ability to balance the needs of three young children are essential.
The position offers a salary of £55,000 gross per annum.
