Busy family in Amsterdam, Netherlands is looking for an organised and proactive nanny/PA to look after their two children ages 10 & 7. The children have a good schedule so you’ll be responsible for keeping this up. When the children are at school, you’ll be tasked with PA duties such as organising events parties, planning travel, and general admin for the children. They do travel, but you won’t need to join on trips. You may be required to chaperone the children to meet the parents in other destinations.
The ideal set up would be someone coming in for a couple of hours in the morning to get the children off to school, and then returning from 3:30pm-8pm, however they could consider someone working 12pm-8pm.
Duties included but not limited to:
– Overseeing homework
– Taking the children to extracurricular activities
– Liaising with other staff, including housekeepers and external part time chefs, florists etc
– Assisting with party planning
– Children’s nursery duties
– Some meal prep
– Grocery shopping from time to time.
