We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Private Nanny to provide high-quality childcare and educational support for 4 children. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in child development, a proactive approach to care, and a discreet, professional demeanor. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Childcare & Safety: Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care to the children. Monitor children’s health and safety, and ensure a secure environment.
- Educational Support: Assist with homework, facilitate engaging educational activities, and foster a love of learning. Incorporate language, arts, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
- Daily Routine Management: Establish and maintain routines, including meals, naps, school drop-offs, pick-ups, and extracurricular activities.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and family preferences.
- Household Support: Keep children’s areas organized and tidy, manage laundry, and assist with light household tasks related to the children.
- Event & Travel Support: Accompany family on trips as needed; support planning and logistics for vacations, special events, and family activities.
- Professional Discretion: Maintain confidentiality, respect family’s privacy, and exercise discretion in all matters related to the household.
