A lovely British family moving to Menlo Park in April is seeking a part-time nanny to help care for their two daughters (aged 9 months and 2 years). They are looking for someone with experience caring for two young children who can juggle the ever-changing needs of a toddler and a baby. Their ideal nanny is familiar with the Montessori philosophy, follows a positive approach to setting boundaries, and will be consistent with their approach to parenting. Mom will be on maternity leave for a few more months so its important to find a nanny who will enjoy collaborating and working alongside her. Schedule will be 4 weekdays (flexible on which days): 3 days 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. + 1 half day. Start: April/May 2024. Compensation is $35-$40/hour.
