A family in Germantown, MD is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their two children, a 4-year-old and a newborn, providing a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment that supports both early childhood and infant development. The ideal candidate will confidently manage all childcare duties, including planning age-appropriate activities, organising outings and playdates, encouraging learning through play, and supporting daily routines for both children. Responsibilities also include preparing healthy meals and snacks, maintaining the children’s laundry, keeping play areas tidy and organised, and ensuring a safe, stimulating space for growth and exploration.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour.
