A family in Manhattan is seeking an experienced, developmentally focused Italian-speaking nanny to care for their infant, providing attentive, nurturing support while fostering early learning and healthy routines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional nanny experience with extensive infant care and will be knowledgeable about developmental milestones and early childhood engagement. Responsibilities include managing daily infant routines such as bottle feeding, diapering, sleep training, and tummy time activities, monitoring developmental progress, sterilizing bottles and toys, maintaining the baby’s laundry and nursery spaces, and planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities. The nanny will also travel with the family both domestically and internationally, so a valid passport is required, and all applicants must be up to date on major vaccinations including TDAP, MMR, and flu. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with one to two days per week from 7:00am–3:00pm and the remaining days from 7:00am–7:00pm, plus occasional date nights, guaranteeing approximately 60 hours per week. Compensation: $30–$40 per hour base.
