A prestigious family in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking a native English-speaking, highly qualified, and experienced live-in governess to join their fully staffed household. The role is ideal for an education-focused professional passionate about fostering academic, social, and personal development in children. The successful candidate will care for and support the learning of three children, aged 5, 7, and 10, ensuring a structured, stimulating, and nurturing environment both at home and during travel.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, implementing age-appropriate educational programs, supporting homework and developmental milestones, and managing typical governess duties in close collaboration with household staff. The role also involves planning engaging activities, encouraging curiosity, and providing a consistent, structured learning environment tailored to each child’s needs.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel with the family, ensuring continuity in both education and daily care. Accommodation is provided, including a separate bedroom and bathroom, within a fully staffed household. The working schedule is six days a week, 8–10 hours per day, allowing for a well-organized and consistent routine.
