A well-established, family-focused household in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Night Nurse / Newborn Care Specialist to provide dedicated overnight care for a newborn arriving in May 2026. This critical role supports the family in establishing healthy sleep routines, promoting early development, and maintaining a calm, structured nighttime environment in a fully staffed home.
Start Date: May 2026
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: $30–$35/hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
Newborn Care & Overnight Support

Provide attentive, professional overnight care for a newborn

Establish and maintain healthy sleep routines and circadian rhythm development

Manage all overnight feedings (breast milk and/or bottle), including preparation and sanitation

Monitor sleep patterns, feeding schedules, and overall well-being

Soothe and respond promptly to infant needs throughout the night

Offer guidance to parents on sleep conditioning and developmental milestones

Maintain a calm, quiet, and organized nighttime environment
Team Coordination & Handoff

Execute seamless handoffs with the Daytime Nounou

Provide clear verbal and written updates on feedings, sleep, and infant well-being

Maintain a shared communication log for consistent care

Collaborate with household staff to ensure aligned routines and approaches
Infant Care Standards

Follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for feeding equipment

Keep nursery and sleep environments clean, organized, and optimized

Monitor inventory of infant supplies and proactively communicate needs

Adhere to safe sleep practices at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
-
7+ years of newborn care experience, ideally in Privé households
-
Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) preferred
-
Extensive experience with sleep training and infant sleep conditioning

Strong knowledge of infant feeding, sterilization, and safety protocols
-
Current CPR and Infant First Aid certification

Experience in fully staffed or estate-level homes preferred

Fully vaccinated (required)

Travel-ready with valid passport
