English speaking Live in Nanny in Paris 7th

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified nanny to join a afluent family in Paris. The nanny will primarily be responsible for the care and well-being of their baby girl- age 3months, with occasional travel involved. If you are a loving, nurturing individual with a background in baby care, nursing, or early childhood development, we would love to hear from you. The start date for this position is within two months.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide loving and nurturing care to our baby, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness at all times.
2. Create a stimulating and engaging environment through age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational interactions.
3. Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine for feeding, sleeping, and playtime.
4. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the baby, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
5. Maintain good personal hygiene practices, including changing diapers, dressing the baby, and ensuring cleanliness.
6. Monitor and document the baby’s developmental milestones, behavior patterns, and any concerns or changes.
7. Collaborate with the parents to implement and reinforce established discipline and behavior management strategies.
8. Accompany the family on occasional travel, ensuring the baby’s comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
9. Assist with packing and organizing the baby’s belongings for travel.
10. Provide support and assistance to the family as needed.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar role, with a strong background in baby care.
2. Qualifications in baby care, nursing, early childhood development, or a related field are highly desirable.
3. A genuine love and passion for working with babies, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and travel arrangements.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the parents and other household staff.
7. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French would be an advantage.
8. Valid First Aid certification.
