Key Responsibilities
– Full 24/7 childcare coverage during assigned rota periods, including supervision, routines, emotional support, and gentle discipline.
– Maintaining structure, consistency, and age-appropriate boundaries within the children’s daily schedule.
– Ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for the children, including nursery, play areas, toys, and clothing.
– Supporting mealtimes: preparation set-up, light assistance, and post-meal organization.
– Planning and leading educational, developmentally appropriate activities, sensory play, outdoor time, and creative engagement.
– Packing for, preparing, and accompanying the children during domestic and international travel.
– Coordinating smoothly with the family’s educator and the wider household team to ensure continuity of care.

Initial rota: 4 days on / 4 days off, transitioning to a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.
Live-in required during working shifts.
