A welcoming family in Berlin, Germany is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their three children: a 5-year-old, a toddler, and a newborn. The ideal candidate is confident caring for infants and multiple young children, organized, and enjoys combining attentive childcare with household management tasks to support a smoothly run home.
The role involves providing full daytime care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, and establishing routines, while also supporting the older children with school runs, daily routines, and engaging, age-appropriate activities. The nanny will plan stimulating activities that encourage learning, play, and social development, ensuring each child receives focused attention tailored to their needs and developmental stage.
In addition to childcare, the nanny will assist with simple, healthy meal preparation for the children, manage children’s laundry, tidy play areas, and help maintain organized and functional spaces. Occasional light house management tasks may also be required, ensuring the household runs efficiently.
Excellent English skills and a valid EU passport are required for this role.
Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary is €55,000–€60,000 gross per annum DOE.
