Family in Miami Beach is looking to hire an experienced Nanny to provide care for, nurture and foster the development of their five-month-old baby girl. They currently have a baby nurse on schedule but are looking to find their perfect nanny as soon as possible as mom is returning to work.
The family is looking for a live-out or live-in nanny. Private accommodations will be provided for the live-in nanny.
Schedule would be full time 40 – 50 hours per week, and times can range from 7am to 7pm with 2 off days. Candidate should be flexible to stay late nights occasionally and with travel.
Family travels during the summer to the Hamptons for 3 months so ideally the nanny should be flexible to also travel with them, but this is not a requirement.
The ideal candidate is an educated career focused nanny, with previous experience caring for infants, is very knowledgeable in the various developmental stages. A candidate with previous early childhood education and training with a genuine interest and love for children is the best fit for this role.
The family is seeking someone who is calm & relaxed but also has lots of energy to engage their baby, organized, proactive in planning activities and playtime, clear & direct with communication, has a solid work history & is looking for a long-term commitment.
