A family in Ladbroke Grove, London, is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their 18-month-old little girl. Both parents work from home, so the nanny should be comfortable working independently while the parents are nearby. The main focus of the role will be providing attentive care throughout the day and keeping the little girl’s routine consistent and engaging. The nanny will take care of meals, naps, play, outings, and all usual nursery duties. The family is particularly keen to find someone who loves cooking and can prepare healthy meals for the little girl in batches, so food is ready for the week ahead. The nanny should be happy to plan simple age-appropriate activities, spend time outdoors, visit local parks and play areas, and create a good balance between active play, learning, and rest. The role will also include keeping the child’s bedroom, play areas, clothes, and belongings tidy as part of the usual childcare routine. The family needs help Monday to Friday, with most days running from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Some days may instead run from 11:00am to 7:00pm, depending on the family’s schedule. The weekly schedule will be shared in advance so the nanny has notice of any changes. The position pays £16 net per hour.
