A private family in Sloane Square, London, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified French-speaking nanny to care for their baby. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Early Years or Childcare qualification and a strong educational background in Early Years. The family is looking for someone who has a genuine understanding of infant development and can provide warm, attentive, and stimulating care throughout the day.
The nanny will be responsible for the baby’s daily routine and all usual nursery duties, including preparing meals and bottles, managing naps, organising age-appropriate activities, and supporting the baby’s development through play, conversation, and outings. French is essential, as the family would like the nanny to speak French with the baby and provide consistent exposure to the language from an early age. The successful candidate should be confident working independently and able to build a close and trusting relationship with the family.
International travel will be required, so the nanny must be passport-ready and comfortable travelling abroad with the family. UK working rights are essential, along with a current Enhanced DBS and current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
The position is Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £60,000 per year.
