A growing family in Houston, Texas is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Nanny to care for their toddler and support the family as they welcome a new baby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood development and a genuine understanding of the needs of young children. The role will focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment while supporting the toddler’s development, independence and daily routine.
The nanny will manage the child’s day-to-day schedule, including preparing healthy meals, taking the child to and from activities and creating opportunities for age-appropriate learning and play. Spanish exposure will also be an important part of the role, so the family would like someone who can naturally incorporate Spanish into the child’s everyday life. The position will evolve as the family welcomes their new baby, and the nanny should feel confident supporting both children as needed.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation is $30+ per hour gross, depending on experience. The family offers full benefits and paid time off (PTO).
