A family based in Tashkent is looking for a highly educated and experienced English-speaking governess/nanny to care for their two children, a 3-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional childcare background and good knowledge of early childhood development, with the ability to support both children at their different stages.
The role will focus on providing attentive daily care while creating a stimulating environment that encourages learning, curiosity, and confidence. The governess/nanny will plan age-appropriate activities, support the children’s development, read with them, encourage creative and educational play, and help establish a consistent daily routine. The family would like someone who can speak English naturally with the children and make the language part of their everyday life through conversation, books, games, and activities. The nanny should be confident caring for two children with different needs and able to organise their days with a good balance of learning, play, outdoor time, and rest.
The position is Monday to Friday for approximately 40 hours per week. Separate accommodation will be provided, and the family is open to relocating an overseas candidate and can provide visa sponsorship. The salary is £1,200–£1,500 per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
