A private family based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced French-speaking Baby Nurse / Maternity Nanny to take sole responsibility for the care of their baby. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional childcare experience, including extensive newborn and infant care through the toddler years, together with a strong understanding of early childhood development. A nursing, maternity nurse or relevant childcare qualification would be highly valued. The nanny will manage feeding, sleep schedules and daily routines, respond sensitively to the baby’s individual needs, and introduce age-appropriate activities as he grows and develops.
The nanny will work closely alongside a night nanny, so excellent communication, consistency and teamwork are essential. The household is fully staffed, allowing the nanny to focus exclusively on the baby and provide a high standard of personalised care. The family travels extensively throughout the year, and the successful candidate must be happy to travel internationally with the family and adapt to different environments and routines while maintaining continuity of care.
This is a live-in position, with accommodation provided and all business and travel-related expenses covered by the family. The schedule is 6 days per week, 12-hour shifts, with a salary of €6,000–€7,000 net per month, tax-free. The initial contract will be for 3–6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent if the arrangement works well for both parties. Visa sponsorship will also be provided.
