A family in Battersea, London is looking for a full-time nanny to care for their baby and 7-year-old child. During the day, your primary focus will be the baby while the eldest is at school, followed by school pick-up and caring for both children in the afternoon.
The family is looking for a nanny who is confident supporting early milestones, introducing solids and weaning, and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that help children learn through play. They’re hoping to find someone who brings energy, creativity, and initiative to the role, while also keeping consistent routines that help both children flourish. Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive sole-charge care for the baby throughout the day.
Support early developmental milestones, including weaning and establishing healthy routines.
Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and exploration.
Collect the 7-year-old from school and provide engaging after-school care.
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Maintain consistent daily routines for naps, meals, play, and bedtime preparation.
Keep the children’s bedrooms, nursery, and play areas clean, tidy, and organised.
Work closely with the parents to support the children’s development and well-being.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm
Salary: £47,000 gross per year.
