A family in Aldie, VA is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 2 years and 5 months. The family is looking for a warm, engaging, and dependable professional with a strong understanding of child development and early childhood education. The ideal candidate enjoys creating enriching, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play while supporting each child’s developmental milestones. Responsibilities include providing attentive care, maintaining consistent feeding and nap routines, planning educational and creative activities, encouraging language, motor, and social development, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment where both children can thrive. Child-related household responsibilities are also part of the role, including preparing meals and bottles, children’s laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and organized, washing bottles, and maintaining the children’s belongings. The family is looking for someone proactive, communicative, and committed to becoming a long-term part of their children’s lives.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: Up to $35 per hour.
