A family based in Helsinki, Finland is seeking two experienced ROTA nannies to provide exceptional care for their baby. Fluent English is essential, and bilingual French or Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. The family is looking for candidates who can work confidently in a fully dedicated childcare role while supporting the baby’s growth through consistent routines and engaging daily interactions.
The successful nannies will be responsible for all standard nursery duties, including maintaining feeding and sleep routines, planning age-appropriate educational activities, and encouraging the baby’s cognitive, social, and language development through play, books, songs, and everyday conversation. The role also involves supporting key developmental milestones and accompanying the family on extensive international travel, ensuring continuity of care wherever they are based. The ideal candidates will be organised, flexible, and experienced working in private households with a high standard of professionalism.
The position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ROTA schedule, with live-in accommodation provided while on duty. The family will cover flights between rotations, and €80,000+ gross per year is offered, depending on experience.
