A family based in Mayfair, London is seeking an experienced Norland or Princess Christian-trained nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby and 3-year-old child. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly professional nanny with previous experience working in high-net-worth (HNW) households. The family is looking for someone who is warm, organised, and adaptable, with the ability to work confidently in both shared-care and sole-charge settings. Regular international travel forms part of the role, so flexibility and a genuine enjoyment of travelling are essential.
The successful candidate will provide attentive, development-focused care for both children, supporting age-appropriate routines, planning engaging educational activities, and encouraging learning through play. The role includes all child-related responsibilities, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organisation, and working closely with the parents to ensure a consistent approach to the children’s care and development. The ideal nanny will be an excellent communicator, discreet, and confident working within a busy private household while maintaining exceptional childcare standards.
This is a Monday to Friday position based in Mayfair, with the nanny living out while in London and living in when travelling with the family. The family is offering a competitive salary of £25–£28 gross per hour, depending on experience.
