A family in Cheviot Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist to provide expert overnight support during the first months with their newborn. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience and is confident providing attentive overnight care while helping parents get the rest they need during this important transition. Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care throughout the night, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, settling the baby, monitoring the baby’s well-being, maintaining a safe sleep environment, and helping establish healthy sleep and feeding routines. The family is looking for a calm, knowledgeable, and dependable professional who can offer reassurance while respecting the parents’ preferences and creating a peaceful overnight environment. This is a temporary three-month assignment beginning at the end of November. The schedule is four overnight shifts per week. Competitive compensation will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
