A family in Culver City, CA is seeking an experienced Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to provide expert overnight support for their baby, who is due on December 20. The parents will have family staying with them during the first few weeks after the birth and are looking to begin overnight care from mid-January, once their additional support has ended. The ideal candidate has extensive newborn experience and is confident providing attentive overnight care while helping establish healthy feeding and sleep routines in a calm and supportive manner. Responsibilities include all aspects of overnight newborn care, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, monitoring the baby’s well-being, maintaining a safe sleep environment, and keeping baby-related items clean and organized throughout the night. This is a temporary assignment lasting 6 to 8 weeks. The schedule is 3 to 4 overnight shifts per week. Please note that this position is open to local candidates only.
