A family in Harrogate, North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced part-time daily nanny to care for their 2-year-old child and a new baby due at the end of 2026. The family is looking for a warm, dependable, and proactive nanny who has experience caring for both toddlers and newborns and is interested in building a long-term relationship. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a fun, nurturing environment while supporting children’s development through play, outings, and consistent routines.
Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare and nursery duties, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, supporting naps and daily routines, encouraging learning through play, and providing attentive care as the family welcomes their new baby. Additional duties include children’s laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and organised, tidying toys, and ensuring all child-related spaces are well maintained. The family can offer additional hours on a regular basis for the right candidate.
Schedule: Two days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with regular additional hours available. Salary based on experience.
