A prestigious UHNW international family is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to join their established childcare team, providing exceptional care for their energetic 4-year-old twins in Mumbai, India. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional, career nanny with previous experience working in fully staffed private households and supporting internationally mobile families. The ideal candidate will be confident working collaboratively with other ROTA nannies, educators, and household staff while creating a nurturing, engaging environment that encourages the children’s learning, independence, and overall development.
The nanny will be responsible for planning stimulating age-appropriate educational activities, creative play, and outings that support the twins’ developmental milestones, while helping to maintain consistent daily routines. Additional responsibilities include organising and maintaining the children’s nursery, wardrobes, toys, books, and supplies, as well as preparing and packing their belongings for frequent international travel. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisation, flexibility, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
This position operates on a one month on / one month off ROTA schedule, working 12-hour shifts during each rotation, and off-site accommodation will be provided during working rotations.
Salary is $125,000–$145,000 USD, depending on experience.
