A family based in Aventura, Florida is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time nanny to care for their toddler, with a newborn joining the family soon. This is an exciting opportunity for a childcare professional who is genuinely passionate about early childhood development and enjoys supporting children through their most important developmental stages. The family is looking for a nurturing, proactive nanny who can create a calm, stimulating, and loving environment while encouraging learning through play, positive routines, and age-appropriate activities.
This is a fully child-focused position, with household staff employed to manage the family home, allowing the nanny to concentrate exclusively on the children’s care, wellbeing, and development. Responsibilities will include maintaining daily routines, supporting developmental milestones, planning engaging activities, preparing meals for the children, organising their belongings, and providing attentive newborn care when the baby arrives. Occasional international travel with the family is required.
The family is open to either a live-in or live-out arrangement, and the full-time schedule will be agreed with the successful candidate. A competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a professional nanny with toddlers and newborns.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and developmental milestones.
