A distinguished UHNW family based in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Governess & Child Development Mentor to become a trusted, long-term educational partner for their children. This is far more than a traditional governess role, it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting not only the children’s academic success but also their confidence, emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal growth. Working closely with the parents, you will guide the children’s educational journey using the British Curriculum while creating meaningful learning experiences that extend well beyond the classroom. The ideal candidate understands that education is about developing the whole child, nurturing emotional intelligence, encouraging independent thinking, and helping children build the life skills they’ll carry into adulthood.
