A private family in Beverly Hills, California is seeking two experienced Rotational Nannies to provide exceptional care for their baby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional nanny with a strong understanding of early childhood development and a passion for creating a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting a baby’s daily routine, recognising developmental milestones, and providing attentive care that encourages learning, curiosity, and healthy growth.
The role will include maintaining consistent daily schedules, preparing bottles and baby food, planning age-appropriate activities, and supporting the baby’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction. The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining the child’s nursery, bedroom, wardrobe, toys, and play areas, as well as managing baby laundry and ensuring all belongings are kept organised. The position requires flexibility for domestic and international travel as needed.
This is a 7 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule, with approximately 10–12-hour workdays during the working week.
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour depending on experience.
