A family based in Fort Lee, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for their children. Their Ideal candidate is a proactive childcare professional who is passionate about supporting children’s development while naturally incorporating the Spanish language into everyday routines and conversations. The family is looking for someone who can become a trusted part of their household and help foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.
The nanny will be responsible for supporting the children’s daily routines, including meals, naps, school and activity preparation, bathing, dressing, and bedtime when required. The role also involves planning age-appropriate developmental activities, reading, outdoor play, preparing simple healthy meals and snacks, and maintaining organised children’s spaces. Additional responsibilities include children’s laundry and other light child-related household tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts.
Compensation: $35 per hour, plus overtime where applicable, and a health stipend.
