A UHNW family based in Tribeca is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Nanny to join their established childcare team, providing exceptional care for two young children, ages 4 years and 1 year. Working closely alongside a stay-at-home mother, the successful candidate will focus on all child-related responsibilities, creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment while supporting the children’s daily routines. The family travels regularly throughout the USA and Europe, so flexibility and a genuine love of travel are essential.
This is a long-term, fully staffed household where teamwork is highly valued. To ensure seven-day-a-week childcare coverage, the family employs another full-time nanny as well as a part-time nanny, with all caregivers working a coordinated shift schedule, including weekends.
The position guarantees 40 hours per week, with any additional hours paid at the applicable overtime rate. The family offers a highly competitive compensation package, including up to $50 per hour (W-2 employee), healthcare stipend, unlimited OMNY card, paid sick and personal days, vacation, and public holidays. Candidates with previous experience supporting UHNW or HNW families within a nanny team are especially encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nanny supporting UHNW/HNW families is highly preferred.
Experience working as part of a nanny team in a fully staffed household.
Strong understanding of child development for infants and preschool-aged children.
Comfortable working collaboratively with a stay-at-home parent.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekend coverage.
Passport ready and available for frequent travel throughout the USA and Europe.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Currently based in the New York City area; no relocation candidates will be considered.
