A private family based in Milan is seeking a warm, experienced Polish-speaking nanny to care for their baby on a full-time, live-in basis. The role is primarily focused on providing attentive daily care for one baby, including feeding, nap routines, and supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate interaction and play. As this is an international family, the ability to travel freely without restrictions is essential, as occasional travel will be required.
Requirements:
Fluent Polish speaker
Proven experience caring for infants (baby experience essential)
Strong understanding of infant routines, feeding, and sleep schedules
Ability to support early childhood development through age-appropriate engagement
Comfortable with a structured full-time live-in role
Willing and able to travel internationally without restrictions
Reliable, nurturing, and highly responsible approach to childcare
Excellent references from previous families
