A lovely family based in Hampstead is seeking an experienced Live-In Baby Nanny to provide dedicated care and support for their young child. The family is looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and professional candidate with a strong understanding of infant development, weaning, and age-appropriate activities. The ideal nanny will play an important role in supporting the child’s daily routine, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating a nurturing environment where the child can thrive.
Responsibilities include planning engaging activities that promote learning and development, organising stimulating play opportunities both at home and outdoors, and helping to establish healthy routines. Confidence with weaning is essential, as the nanny will assist with introducing new foods, preparing meals for the child, and supporting positive eating habits. The role also includes managing the child’s laundry, keeping the nursery organised and well maintained, and ensuring toys, clothing, and belongings are clean, tidy, and easily accessible. The family would love to find someone who is proactive, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with babies and young children. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, along with excellent references and a long-term outlook.
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The successful candidate will be provided with a private bedroom and private bathroom within the family home. A salary of up to £50,000 gross per year is available for the right person.
