A family based in Morges, Switzerland is seeking an experienced German-speaking nanny to provide attentive care for their three children, aged 11, 9, and 6 years. The successful candidate will oversee the children’s daily routines, including school pick-ups and drop-offs, coordinating extracurricular activities, assisting with homework, and supervising bath and bedtime routines. Additional responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, contributing to family meal preparation, managing children’s laundry, and keeping children’s areas tidy and organized. The family values a proactive nanny who can provide consistent guidance, encourage independence, and offer attentive care. Flexibility is important, as occasional overnight care will be required when both parents are travelling.
Requirements:
Fluent German speaker
Previous professional nanny experience with school-aged children
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience assisting with homework and school-related responsibilities
Comfortable managing multiple children’s schedules and activities
Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
Experience with children’s laundry and household organization
Flexible and available for occasional overnight care
Reliable, nurturing, and proactive approach to childcare
