A UHNW family based in Miami, Florida is seeking a highly experienced Certified Newborn Care Specialist for a temporary assignment from mid September through to mid December. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated newborn professional with extensive overnight care experience and a proven track record supporting healthy sleep habits and age-appropriate sleep conditioning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of newborn development, feeding routines, sleep schedules, and the evolving needs of both baby and parents during the early months. Previous experience working within high-net-worth or fully staffed private households is essential, along with the ability to operate discreetly, professionally, and collaboratively within an established household team.
The position requires working 5 nights per week on 12-hour overnight shifts, providing expert care and guidance while ensuring the baby’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. Accommodation can be provided for the successful candidate if required. Compensation starts at $50+ per hour, depending on experience.
