A lovely family in Atlanta’s sought-after Inman Park neighborhood is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. As first-time parents, they are looking for someone experienced, nurturing, and confident with infants—someone who can provide loving care while helping them navigate the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) early months of parenthood.
The family would love to find a nanny who genuinely enjoys the infant stage and understands the importance of routines, developmental support, and responsive care. They’re looking for someone who can create calm, engaging days filled with age-appropriate interaction, while also helping establish healthy sleep, feeding, and play routines. A warm personality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach will be highly valued in this role.
Responsibilities:
Providing attentive daily care for a 3-month-old infant
Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate feeding, nap, and play routines
Supporting developmental milestones through engaging interaction and sensory activities
Encouraging early learning through reading, music, tummy time, and age-appropriate play
Preparing bottles and managing feeding schedules
Monitoring sleep patterns and helping maintain healthy routines
Handling baby laundry and keeping nursery areas organised and tidy
Managing baby-related supplies and ensuring essentials are stocked
Taking the baby on walks and outings appropriate for their age
Communicating regularly with parents regarding routines, milestones, and daily updates
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby’s growth and development
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (with an earlier finish on Fridays)
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour
