A family in Maida Vale, London is seeking an experienced and energetic nanny to care for their two boys, aged 2 and 4. The family is looking for someone proactive, engaging, and confident managing the day-to-day needs of two active children while supporting their development and independence.
The role will involve nursery pick-ups, planning stimulating activities and outings, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining consistent routines. The nanny will also support the older child with early learning and homework as needed, while encouraging both children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth through play and age-appropriate experiences. Travel is an important part of the role, so the ideal candidate will be flexible and comfortable accompanying the family both within the UK and internationally.
In addition to childcare responsibilities, the nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties, ensuring the children’s spaces remain organised, well maintained, and ready for their daily activities.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and offers £60,000 gross per year for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Proven experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities
Confident planning engaging outings, educational play, and daily routines
Experience preparing healthy meals for young children
Comfortable supporting homework and early learning
Willingness and flexibility to travel with the family
Full, clean driving licence and confident driver (essential)
Organised and capable of managing all nursery duties
