A family in Singapore is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Montessori nanny with a strong background in Early Childhood Education to care for their newborn. This is a full-time position suited to a knowledgeable and experienced childcare professional who understands child development and is confident applying the Montessori approach in a home setting. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, structured, and passionate about supporting early learning from infancy.
Daily responsibilities include supporting the child’s routine, including getting them ready for the day, preparing fresh and nutritious meals, and engaging in purposeful, age-appropriate play. The nanny will also plan and accompany the child to suitable developmental activities, using Montessori principles to encourage independence, sensory exploration, and early cognitive development. A thoughtful, calm, and educational approach to infant care is essential.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Live-in accommodation can be provided if required. Please note there is no visa sponsorship available for this position. The salary starts from USD $6,000 per month, depending on experience.
