A family in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Spanish-speaking nanny to care for their 1-year-old boy while mom works from home. The role is focused on full-day infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and keeping a consistent routine, along with supporting early language development through Spanish exposure, play, and simple educational activities. The nanny will also handle light housekeeping related to the child, such as child laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and organized, preparing simple meals for the child, cleaning up after meals, and making sure all baby equipment is kept tidy and sanitized. The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, and experienced with toddlers, and able to create a safe, engaging, and structured environment throughout the day. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating hours between 7am–3pm and 10am–6pm (or similar). Compensation is $28–$30/hr depending on experience.
