Montessori Nanny (Toddler & Infant) – Beverly Hills, CA
A wonderful family in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced and dedicated Montessori nanny to care for their 2-year-old toddler and baby. This role is ideal for a nurturing, organized professional who values a Montessori-inspired approach and enjoys supporting early childhood development in a structured yet loving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children (toddler and infant)
Implement Montessori principles to encourage independence, creativity, and learning
Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and play-based activities
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Handle children’s laundry and maintain organization of their belongings
Perform child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, etc.)
Offer light household assistance when time allows
Maintain consistent routines and support emotional and social development
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: $35–$45 per hour (DOE)
Requirements
Montessori certification or formal early childhood education background
Prior experience as a nanny caring for both toddlers and infants
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and childcare methods
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to safely transport children as needed
Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent time management
Strong communication skills and a positive, calm demeanor
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
