A busy HNW family in Lewisville, NC is seeking a Nanny/House Manager to support their home and care for three school-aged children. This is a great role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, balancing hands-on childcare with keeping the household running smoothly. The family travels frequently, so they’re looking for someone flexible, organised, and able to step in and take initiative when needed. The right person will be calm, capable, and happy managing both the children’s schedules and the day-to-day logistics of the home.
This is not a strictly “nanny-only” role, you’ll be a key part of making sure the children are where they need to be, the home stays organised, and everything flows smoothly whether the family is in town or traveling.
Responsibilities include:
Providing care and supervision for three school-aged children
Managing school schedules, drop-offs/pick-ups, and extracurricular activities
Planning and coordinating children’s routines and daily logistics
Overseeing household organisation, supplies, and general upkeep
Running errands and handling household-related tasks
Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
Supporting the home during family travel and adjusting schedules as needed
Acting as a reliable point of coordination for the household
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed), with flexibility required depending on the family’s travel and needs.
The family offers $80,000–$85,000 annually (DOE).
