We are seeking a Montessori nanny in Geneva, Switzerland to care for three children aged 4 through newborn, with the primary focus on the baby. This role involves managing the day-to-day flow of the children’s routines, with a particular emphasis on the newborn’s care and development. A Montessori mindset is highly valued, with a focus on encouraging independence, gentle guidance, and meaningful, age-appropriate activities. The nanny will play a key role in maintaining a well-organised, peaceful home environment where the children can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Providing full-time care for three children, with primary responsibility for the newborn
Planning and leading age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities
Supporting developmental milestones and encouraging independence
Managing daily routines and smooth transitions throughout the day
Maintaining tidy, organised play and living areas for the children
Creating a calm, nurturing, and structured environment
Working professionally and collaboratively within a private household setting
Upholding discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
This is a live-in position based in Geneva, Switzerland, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The family offers a salary starting from CHF 70,000, along with accommodation.
