A family in Stafford, UK is seeking an experienced Live-in Nanny to care for their two children aged 3 and 5. They are looking for a nurturing and knowledgeable childcare professional with a strong understanding of early years development. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and confident in supporting key developmental milestones while creating a structured, engaging, and supportive environment for both children.
Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare such as maintaining consistent daily routines, planning and leading age-appropriate activities, and supporting early learning through play-based development. The nanny will also assist with nursery and school transitions, prepare meals for the children, and ensure their overall wellbeing. A focus on fostering independence, social skills, and creativity is key, alongside maintaining a safe and organised environment. Some travel with the family is required, so flexibility is important.
This is a live-in position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Salary up to £40,000 per year.
