We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Nanny to support a 4-year-old child in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for a skilled childcare professional with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), who can create a supportive and engaging environment tailored to the child’s individual needs, implement routines, and encourage developmental progress through play-based and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, supporting communication and social development, assisting with daily routines, accompanying the child to appointments or outings, and maintaining a calm, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and confident working alongside parents, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs; a valid driver’s licence is required. Schedule: approximately 30 hours per week. Pay: $35 per hour.
