ROTA Nanny Job in Incline Village, NV | 7-On/7-Off Schedule | Nevada residents only

A family in Incline Village, Nevada is seeking an experienced ROTA nanny to provide full-time, attentive, and developmentally focused care for their newborn. This role is ideal for a professional who can create a nurturing, emotionally secure, and structured early learning environment while supporting the child’s growth and development. The nanny will work closely with parents to ensure consistent routines, developmental progress, and enriching experiences for the infant, both at home and during family travel.

The ideal candidate will have strong infant experience, a solid understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to work in a high-standard household. Candidates must be or become Nevada residents and be comfortable with a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement age-appropriate learning and enrichment activities for an infant, including language exposure, sensory play, early motor development, and music
Support social-emotional development, secure attachment, and early communication
Create and maintain predictable, healthy routines, including sleep, feeding, play, and exploration
Track and support developmental milestones
Plan simple educational and sensory activities as the baby grows
Maintain a clean, organized environment related to the child, including bottles, laundry, play areas, and supplies
Travel with the family as needed, providing consistent care in new environments
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents about progress, needs, and plans

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience caring for infants in private families, as a newborn care specialist, or in early childhood centers
Strong understanding of early childhood development and milestone-based learning
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, high-standard household
Comfortable with travel and a rotational schedule
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy

Schedule & Compensation:

Rotational: 7 days on / 7 days off
Daily hours during the week: Approximately 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $100,000
Must be or become a Nevada resident
